Very bad experience. They do not even cut the cuticles and as now they are growing u can tell its cheap quality. It started coming from the top. I paid 80 bucks for this shittiest nails i ever had and it was refill too. Instead of making random she made straight lines. Eewww i cried so much after getting these done. It was my first time and i can bet it was last as well.

My sister and I visited SV Nails & Spa recently, and unfortunately, we were both very disappointed with our experience. I went for a pedicure, and my sister got both a manicure and pedicure. While the staff member was polite and good at talking, the actual service did not meet our expectations at all. My pedicure felt rushed and inconsistent — serum/cream was applied properly on one foot but not on the other, which seemed careless and unprofessional. There was no proper scrub, massage, or attention to detail for my feet and legs, especially considering I paid full price. My sister was also disappointed with her manicure and pedicure, as the service did not feel thorough or worth the money. Overall, it felt like the services were just done to pass time rather than provide proper quality care.
I have had issues each time i visit here . Sometimes the wait period even after appointments are long or sometimes the staff doesnt bother to attend! I visited today (28th March) at 3:30 with an appointment for a mani pedi! This was the last straw in my hat. Visited with my 15 month old baby and requested that my mani pedi be done simultaneously so i finish fast and attend my baby. But the lady just started my pedicure keeping me waiting. Half way through my pedicure i requested nearly 8 times to have someone start off my manicure! There were 2 other staff doing nothing and i was the only customer at this point! Nobody came despite my request untill i asked if i should leave! This lady called Lisa came in finally without any apology and started manicure finally! 5 mins into it she randomly walks away to attend her mobile and disappeared again for 5 mins!!!!!! What sort of unprofessional behaviour is this! Absolutely mannerless and careless ! I had to again ask the lady doing my pedicure to call her explaining my situation with my waiting baby. To make matters worst the lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticles so deep it started to bleed . What a horrible experience! No wonder u guys have no customers coming in! I have had an issue with lisa each time! Last two times I specifically took an appointment with lisa and when i arrived she would simply refuse to give service and sit there shamelessly doing her own nails! Its a pity u waste money paying staff like her who have no interest to work! The staff was so unapologetic and had had pay for the entire service! Terrible terrible TERRIBLE !
I had a very disappointing experience at VS Nail Saloon. Before my visit, I called to confirm pricing and was told that shellac would cost $35 if I already had color on my nails, and $30 if there was no color. Since I didn’t have any color on my nails, I expected to pay $30. However, when I arrived, the staff member who greeted me was immediately rude and told me the price was $35. When I politely explained what I had been told over the phone, she argued with me in front of other customers, which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing. She even went back and forth with the employee who took my call, continuing the disagreement openly in front of everyone. Eventually, she said in a dismissive tone that she would charge me $30 “this time,” but that next time it would be $35. The whole interaction felt unprofessional and disrespectful. What made the experience even worse was what happened during my service. While she was doing my nails, two ladies came in for pedicures. At first, they were told there would be a wait since everyone was busy, and they said they might leave and go to another location. At that point, the lady left my nails in the middle of the service and went to attend to them. I was left waiting with unfinished nails for about 10 minutes before she came back. This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was very poor, and the experience was both frustrating and embarrassing. I would not recommend this salon based on how I was treated.
